Items are not suitable for children. Although cards may be for children, they are not suitable for children to play with as they have small embellishments that may be a choking hazard if the child is able to remove them.

Jewellery is also not suitable for children. It is a choking hazard and it is also too delicate.

Distance Selling Regulations:

To comply with Distance Selling Regulations a cooling-off period of 7 working days for the purchaser to cancel their order is allowed.

Copyright permission may be required to reproduce the words for hymns in the Order of Service. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that permission is obtained from the copyright holder if required.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for the following orders: Wedding Stationery, Personalised Stationery, Large Orders (more than 10 cards). The balance should be sent when approved proofs are returned.

For gifts and small card orders (up to 10 cards) payment in full should be sent with the order.

These are prepared for Wedding Stationery, Personalised Stationery and large identical card orders (more than 10 cards). These should be checked very carefully and signed to show they have been approved.

Alterations to Wedding Stationery, Personalised Stationery or Personalised Cards:

If there are any alterations necessary after the proofs have been approved, every effort will be made to make changes, but this may involve further charges eg if more materials have to be ordered. However, alterations may not be possible to achieve in the time

Changes to Designs/Withdrawing Designs

Occasionally It may be necessary to alter or withdraw designs from the website if the necessary materials are no longer available from my suppliers. Every attempt will be made to find an alternative source, but this may result in a delay in completing your order. If there likely to be a delay you will be informed, and you can of course cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If it is no longer possible to make up your order, you may change your order or receive a full refund.

If the order is cancelled, any outstanding balance above the deposit paid, on work completed will be payable.

If a postponement of the wedding/event has occurred and it is possible (ie work has not progressed too far) stationery will be altered without further cost, (NB extra charges may be unavoidable.)

Exceptions – the following items cannot be returned: any personalised items, (this includes wedding stationery, personalised stationery, personalised cards, personalised gifts) or earrings.

Other items (cards and gifts), can be returned within seven days of you receiving them provided they are returned in their original packaging undamaged and unused; however, customers must pay the return postage which should be at least recorded delivery. (NB The customer will be liable for the value of the goods if they go astray in the post, therefore it may be necessary to get extra insurance at the post office if the value of the goods is higher than covered under recorded delivery.)

If the items are faulty, please return them for a refund or replacement. You will be refunded for the cost of return postage. (NB Please use recorded delivery to return items. As mentioned above, if the value of the goods is higher than covered by recorded delivery, please obtain insurance at the post office. This will also be refunded.)

If the goods have been damaged in transit please contact me within 48 hours.

Old Bat Crafts is not responsible for any delivery delays (eg due to strikes), or non-delivery of an order.

Your name and address are only used to send out your order to you. No personal information will be disclosed to anybody else.

Every effort will be put into making your order perfect for you, but if you are not happy with the finished product please email within 7 days & everything will be done to try to resolve the problem.
