All items are handmade to order.

Because items are handmade, there will be some variation in multiple items such as invitations.

Colours may vary from the colours on the website.

Colours of samples should be a good indication of the final colour, but there may be slight variations between batches received from suppliers.  For this reason, it generally a good idea for wedding and other large stationery orders to decide how many items you are going to need so that sufficient quantities of materials can be ordered from the suppliers.

APPROXIMATE TIMETABLE FOR ORDERING WEDDING STATIONERY

Save the Date cards: these often are sent a long time ahead of invitations (six months to a year), particularly when a wedding is likely to clash with holidays or there is limited accommodation available and many guests will be travelling long distances.  At the same time you can book a place in the diary for the rest of the order with very approximate numbers for stationery so you can be sure the remainder of your order can be made up.

About five months before your wedding order your Day & Evening invitations, RSVP cards and Information Packs.  At this time an approximate number for all other stationery is required.  This is to allow sufficient materials to be ordered for colour matching.

Send out your invitations around three months before your wedding.

Information packs are sent out as soon as acceptances are received.

Once final numbers are known the Orders of Service, Menu Cards, Table Name/Number Cards, Place Cards, Thank You Cards, and Favour Boxes can be ordered (not later than six weeks before the wedding), together with the Guest Book/Photo Album.  Lists of names for the Table Plan are required no later than four weeks before to allow time to complete the work.
