General Information
Postage and packing is at cost.
For larger orders a maximum price has been quoted. If the postage is less, the difference will be refunded.
Items will be despatched by Recorded Delivery, Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature.
If you wish to have your order delivered more quickly, contact Old Bat Crafts and your order will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery, (this will incur an extra charge). Wedding Stationery: Delivery prices are as follows: For Save the Date cards there is a maximum charge of £10. For wedding stationery there is a maxiumum charge of £15 for the initial delivery of day & evening invitations, RSVP cards and information packs. The remainder of the order, including order of service, menu cards, table name/number, place cards, favour boxes, guest book and photo album are delivered nearer the time and will incur a separate maximum delivery charge of £15. Table plans are also delivered separately, but the cost is included in the price. Any other items ordered separately from the main order will incur a further delivery charge unless they can be included in a parcel still to be sent. Personalised Stationery: For personalised stationery there is a maxiumum charge of £15
Cards:
For 1-5 cards delivery is £2; 6-10 cards delivery is £4.
For more than 10 cards, delivery will be a maximum of £15.
Jewellery
Jewellery will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day service and costs £5.40
