WEDDING STATIONERY INCLUDING SAVE THE DATE CARDS:

   

Save the Date cards will be treated separately from the main order and a 50% deposit just for the cost of these cards should be paid when ordering them, and the balance sent with the proofs. Please ensure you have signed the order form to say that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.  Save the Date cards will be sent out as soon as the final payment has cleared. 
  
 At the same time you can book a place in the diary for the rest of your order with approximate numbers for stationery so you can be sure there will be time to make up your invitations.
  
About five months before your wedding, contact Old Bat Crafts again with your final choice of design, colour and font, so that the proofs can be prepared for you to check. Decide on the wording, then send your order form, together with the deposit (50% of the total order value).  Please ensure you have signed the order form to say that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  
Once your deposit cheque has cleared, materials for your entire order will be placed and proofs prepared.  It is very important that you check the proofs carefully. 

 

As soon as you are satisfied, the proofs should be signed, dated and returned together with your cheque for the balance. 

 

Work cannot begin until approved proofs have been received.  It is important that they are returned no later than four to six weeks before you are going to send out your invitations to allow time for your order to be prepared. 

 

Invitations, RSVP cards and Information Packs will be despatched around 4 months before the wedding.

 

Final numbers for Order of Service, Menus, Table Names/Numbers, Place Cards, Favour Boxes & Guest Book/Photo Album are needed no later than 8 weeks before the wedding so that work can begin on these items. 

 

Names for Table Plans are required 4-6 weeks before your wedding date. 

 

NB Copyright permission may be required to reproduce the words for hymns in the Order of Service.  It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that permission is obtained from the copyright holder if required.
  
Alterations:
If there are any alterations necessary after the proofs have been approved, every effort will be made to make changes, but this may involve further charges eg if more materials have to be ordered.  However, alterations may not be possible to achieve in the time.

Choose your design, colour, font type etc.   Decide on the wording, then send your order form, together with the deposit (50% of the total order value).  Please ensure you have signed the order form to say that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

GIFTS & OTHER CARDS:

Remember that all items are handmade to order.  The website is updated regularly with the time orders are taking, but usually, you should allow 14 days for your order to be made up and dispatched. 

  

 If you have an urgent order please contact Old Bat Crafts first to check whether it will be possible to make up your order quickly enough.   

 

For large orders, please contact Old Bat Crafts using the Booking Your Order enquiry form first, to check there is space in diary to fulfill your order.
