BESPOKE PRODUCTS
Please contact Old Bat Crafts by email initially to arrange a telephone/email consultation.
Do remember that bespoke items often require special materials to be ordered and will therefore take longer to make.
MINOR CHANGES
Minor changes to existing designs, such as colour will probably cost only slightly more than the original, but will be dependent upon the changes that are made.
Larger sizes for an existing design can be made for all products; larger patterns will need to be produced as well as more fabric being required and will therefore incur a higher charge. A quote prepared for your order once your requirements are known.
NEW DESIGNS
If you would like a completely new design, email to arrange a convenient time to discuss your requirements.
A quote will be prepared for your order when you are happy with your design.
PAYMENT
Payment in full must be received before the design can be prepared and can be made online or offline.
Payment can be by cheque, or an invoice placed in the Invoices section of the shop so payment can be made online using Nochex.
Please note, an initial payment may be required for ordering special materials; this can be made by cheque or online.
